Medicinal Herbs

I just want to touch on the subject of medicinal herbs. For centuries we have used them to heal and cure ourselves. Personally I hate going to the doctor and I try my hardest not to go. Normally I find myself in there for injuries than sickness. America has become a over medicated nation. People take medicines for all kinds of problems on a daily basis that puts stress on your body and weakens our natural immune system. Some people need medicine most people use it as a band aid and the keep putting band aids on to hold themselves together. The problem with that is there never really fixing anything just covering it up. I encourage you to look into alternative methods of treating your symptoms first.

The biggest thing you can do for your body and your health is to eat clean. Its the most simplest hardest thing to do. Meat, Fruits, Veggies, Herbs, Seeds, Nuts. Sounds easy but temptation is everywhere.

Remember you have an immune system that works. Sometimes your might not feel a hundred percent or you have a small cold. Wait before you knock it out of your body with antibiotics. Let your body fight it and get stronger so you can become more efficient at fighting off sickness.

Herbs, look into them. In this day and age you can keep a pantry full of herbs in pills that work well instead of making teas and tinctures a great webpage is there is a lot of information there and you can buy products. There are hundreds of herb books read them just be careful.

Three things I always keep on hand Charcoal pills, Cayenne Pepper Pills, and a Ginger Peppermint pill. The Charcoal and the Ginger Peppermint help with intestinal issues. The cayenne does a number of things its a blood warmer so it really heats you up and helps get rid of the bad. For Colds Elderberry is wonderful. Cuts and Scrapes Tea Tree Oil is awesome. Warts bandaid with apple cider vinegar every night while you sleep it will fall off in a few days.
