Diet Quick and Easy

Eat Clean. It's as easy and as hard as that.

This is going to be a crash course as time goes by we can go deeper into why. For now it's how our bodies have evolved. Its what they want.

The Bulk of your diet is Protein, Vegetables, Fruit.

Use herbs, citrus, garlic, spices, hot sauce to season. Stay away from salts, sugars, pre made sauces.

Try to eat most of your food raw, especially the fruits and vegetables, it helps keep the enzymes alive.

Eat all day, eat when you feel like you need food and eat till your full.

For liquids drink water. What else is there water creates life without water there is no life.

For the most part think If I was living off the land in the woods would this be available to me. Live by that and watch the fat fall off.
